Markus Berg is co-founder of “VitaminT – The Stage for Change” and “BERGKraft”. He holds a degree in business administration with a focus on innovation management and is a trained improvisational theater performer, systemic coach, and organizational developer. For over 20 years, he has supported cultural transformation processes as a coach, facilitator, moderator, and improv actor in international and midsized organizations. He focuses on “ImprovAgility,” which establishes an agile mindset by combining agile methods with the art of improvisation on a resilient foundation.

As a person, I like to combine different perspectives and approaches, such as the business world with the art of improvisation and systemic coaching approaches.
