Janina Schnieper has been interested in topics such as health work, personal development and psychology since a very young age. With her work as a coach and yoga teacher, she supports other people in developing a more mindful approach to themselves and strengthening their self-efficacy. She teaches weekly yoga classes in Winterthur, gives 1:1 coaching & group workshops and hosts yoga retreats several times a year in different countries in Europe.
Currently, Janina’s main focus is on the question: “How can we manage to not only inform people about living healthier, but actually doing it?” and deals with current research topics such as stress, health and exercise in their entirety. The interplay between the mental, emotional and physical form the basis for her holistic approach.
“How you deal with yourself is the basis for everything in your life. Whether you are self-aware and connected to yourself plays a significant role in how you face life and how you overcome challenges.”
Dancing and yoga strengthen me, gives me stability and brings me into connection with myself and my body. Otherwise, taking time to cook or read and spending beautiful moments with loved ones gives me a lot of joy. Conscious time alone has also become an important aspect of my everyday life.
