As a graduate psychologist (MSc. Applied Psychology), Bianca Wächter's professional focus is on leadership development in today's complex work environment, individual resilience development and social psychological related topics.

With several years of experience in psychological research and many years of commercial work, she is a specialist in successfully linking theory and practice, economics and psychology.

In addition to her work for SRH, she is a freelancer, teaches undergraduates in Applied Psychology and is an assessor, coach and learning facilitator for managers in further education.
