As a former competitive athlete, Daniel Hunziker takes a sporty, sparring-oriented approach to coaching and consulting. Before becoming a full-time coach, he worked in management for over fifteen years, including four years on the executive board of a major Swiss sports association. He is also a teaching coach at the renowned Dr. Bock Coaching Academy in Berlin. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a certified Professional Certified Coach according to ICF standards.
As a coach, I guide individuals and organizations through relevant topics of change with curiosity, openness, and a sense of adventure. In today’s increasingly complex world, a new level of individual and collective learning is necessary to overcome its challenges. To me, coaching is excellent, eye-level sparring that strengthens people’s and organizations’ clarity, self-efficacy, and ability to act. True personal and corporate development is less about rigidly building know-how and skills and more about transforming the inner “operating system,” which enables new ways of thinking and acting. This is the only way to achieve sustainable change that aligns with the goals, needs, values, and resources of individuals and organizations.
