Growing up in India, yoga has accompanied her throughout her life. Her mother
gave her profound knowledge of yoga from an early age. Vinita has been
practicing yoga for more than 30 years. She is a qualified Hatha Yoga teacher. It is
important for Vinita to pass on her knowledge and experience to people around
and enable them to discover their potential, their possibilities for leading happy
and self-determined life.

Life is not Stressful, our inability to mange our own mind and body causes stress.
Human Experience are created from within and can only be fixed from within. Most of the time we are thinking about life and not living it. Yoga helps to experience life.

It reduces stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline and releases happiness hormones such as serotonin and dopamine. You will feel fit physically, mentally, and spiritually. Your vision sharpens and you may recognize the purpose of your life, live more in the present and in harmony with nature.

Awareness is the manifestation of the energy within you.

About me:

I like to laugh, am an open-minded and happy person. I really enjoy being out in nature with my family and friends, but I also enjoy quiet moments alone. The constructive exchange with other people makes me very happy. Personal growth through experience, education and good conversations gives me a lot of joy.
