Working with people in organizations has accompanied me since my youth, as a leader in youth organizations, as a secondary teacher, as a development aid worker, as a lecturer and finally as head of a large pedagogical center. The focus was always on dealing with behavior as well as questions of self-concern and empowerment. I aim to connect endurance with well saddled change, in work as well in life as an amateur cyclist.
