Marco Gadola started his career in banking. He later worked at Novartis International Ltd. in Basel as an audit manager. Marco Gadola has a strong executive record in a broad range of multinational corporations in the USA, Singapore, Spain, Germany, and Switzerland, and is the former CEO of the Straumann Group. In his role as consultant, and Board member, he guides businesses and leaders in their development and draws on his expertise to support the strategic, financial and human aspects of their cultural transformation.

Marco Gadola is Chairman of the Board of Directors of DKSH, Chairman of the Board of Directors of WS Audiology and Medartis Holding AG, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of MCH Group AG and a member of the Board of Directors of the Straumann Group and the Bühler Group. Marco Gadola holds a Masters in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Basel, Switzerland.
