Kathrin Keller, the founder of Mental Growth GmbH, has made it her mission to help people gain new perspectives during challenging phases of their lives. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s difficult to find the time to pause, reflect, and recognize our own needs in order to discover what truly matters. Kathrin empowers people to regain clarity, possibilities, and inner strength — often within a short period of time.

Another key focus of her work is prevention, especially among young people. She is particularly passionate about strengthening their resilience through a specialized youth program.

She draws on a rich, interconnected foundation of knowledge from psychology and medicine in her work. With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector, she offers a variety of insights. She previously worked as an intensive care specialist and now works as a psychotherapist for adolescents and adults in her own practice.

She is also passionate about coaching and supervising teams in healthcare and other industries. She fosters a resource- and solution-oriented approach and values respectful, eye-level dialogue.
