My working philosophy:

I don’t sell a particular product, apply a specific methodology to all issues, or defend a particular approach. Nevertheless, I bring a systemic, solution-oriented attitude to the table. I pay equal attention to facts and emotions, as well as content and process aspects. I involve clients in the process and solution, and I assume that there is rarely one truth. I combine my knowledge and broad methodological competencies with life experiences as a trainer, consultant, leader, father, mentor, employee, assessor, job seeker, supervisor, project manager, HR professional, coach, life partner, and entrepreneur.
