We do this with validated programmes to strengthen a sustainable and healthy organisational culture.

Mission
We are convinced that society needs resilience in order to successfully master future challenges and to grow from them. We want to and can accompany and support you in this process.
In our VUCA world, this requires mindfulness and agility to a high degree. Strong networks, solidarity between generations and social classes as well as mutual trust are necessary. Self-competence, realistic optimism as well as maximum innovative power, creativity, foresight and a lot of courage also have a supporting effect.

Founding
Originally planned for June 2020, the Swiss Resilience Hub (SRH) was founded in mid-March 2020 as a direct response to the COVID-19 crisis.
The resulting challenges for society compelled the founders of SRH to launch a coaching initiative for the entire country of Switzerland. At first, it comprised streamlined, temporary crisis coaching for private persons, companies and employees as well as emergency personnel (doctors and caregivers).
